Norwegian Government Scholarships at University of Oslo

This is a short-term scholarship programme offered to students and young researchers from countries with which Norway has reciprocal scholarship agreements. Applications are handled by the Research Council of Norway. All questions regarding the application process must be directed to the Research Council.

i think,the Norway gov’t is the one that is highly assist Africans for Free Education.
i admire the gov’t.
what i need is to get this chance for 2012 Phd scholarship by health informatics area.
Because i am here in Ethiopia following this program by MSC.i will fininshed it for the coming July,2011.
More over i know that this program is sponsored by the Norway gov’t,we all Ethiopians would like to say thanks the Norwians.
