Scholarship Description: NGU seeks a candidate with Master’s or PhD degree or equivalent in geophysics, who has experience in data acquisition, processing and interpretation. The position is within the group “Bedrock excavations and applied geophysics” and the perform will be data acquisition, processing and interpretation. Principal techniques will be resistivity, ground penetrating radar and seismic but might incorporate other strategies. These methods will be used for tunnel, landslides and environmental troubles and groundwater and mineral exploration as effectively as general geological mapping. The operate is carried out in a group-operating atmosphere.
