Digby Harlow is a seasoned project director with over two decades of experience delivering complex defence and infrastructure programs. He began his career as an Australian Army engineering officer before moving into project management roles across the public and private sectors.
At RPS, Digby leads multi-year capital programs across sites like Garden Island and HMAS Watson. His recent work includes major capability upgrades for the Hobart-class destroyers and critical infrastructure recovery projects supporting the Royal Australian Navy.
Earlier, he managed naval ship sustainment facilities at Point Project Management, bringing deep knowledge of defence planning and delivery. His background in both engineering and command roles gives him a rare blend of technical and operational insight.
Known for his calm leadership and deep technical knowledge, Digby excels in delivering works that support national capability and strategic outcomes.
Mark Winder is a Project Director at RPS with nine years of experience leading complex projects to successful outcomes. Before joining RPS, Mark served as a Project Manager at Point Project Management for over four years and spent nearly 12 years as an Engineering Officer in the Australian Army. With his extensive project management and engineering background, Mark is dedicated to delivering large-scale projects with precision and expertise.
