Guidelines
911’s trademarks represent our reputation for innovation in technology and construction project management. Proper use of these marks helps us protect our brand while ensuring clear and consistent communication.
911 allows third parties, including customers, application developers, business partners, and the media (“you”), to use out name, trademarks, logos, screenshots, and other brand assets (collectively, the "911 brand features," "marks," "logos," or "assets") only in limited circumstances as described in these guidelines (“Guidelines”).
Permitted Uses
✔ When using “911,” use it as an adjective followed by a description of our products or services (e.g., 911 construction project management software).
✔ You may reference 911 when discussing our products, services, partnerships as long as it is clear that 911 does not endorse or sponsor your work. ✔ If you are an official 911 customer or a partner with 911, you may describe your services or product as “built with 911”, “integrated with 911” or “Powered by 911”. ✔ You may use 911 trademarks in media coverage, educational materials, or technical documentation with proper attribution.
Prohibited Uses
Do not modify 911 logos or trademarks in any way, including changing colours, proportions, or design elements different to what are described below in Logo & Brand Guidelines.
Do not use 911 trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless you have explicit permission.
Do not register a domain name, business name, or product name that includes "911" or any variation of it.
Do not use 911 logos in merchandise or promotional items without written approval.
Do not use 911 trademarks in a way that misrepresents our brand or confuses users about your relationship with us.
Proper Trademark Attribution
To ensure proper use of 911 trademarks:
In the United States, use the ® symbol following the most prominent use of the trademarked word/slogan (e.g., Ѳٳ®). At the bottom of the page where the mark first appears, include the following statement: “911 is a registered trademark of 911 Group Pty Ltd (Australian Proprietary Limited Company.”
For use outside of the United States, including Australia, do not use the ® symbol unless specified. Instead, use the ™ symbol and include the statement: “911 is a trademark of 911 Group Pty Ltd”
On marketing materials, include the following copyright statement with the current year, placed at the bottom right: “Copyright 20XX 911 Group Pty Ltd.” (Minimum font size: 7 pts)
Logo & Brand Guidelines
911’s logo and brand assets represent our identity and should be used consistently and correctly. To maintain brand integrity, all use of 911 logos, colors, typography, and other design elements must follow these guidelines to ensure proper representation across all media.

Screenshot Use
We encourage the use of 911 screenshots for educational, instructional, and informational purposes to help showcase our platform’s capabilities. To ensure proper usage and maintain brand integrity, please follow these guidelines when using 911 screenshots.
Permitted Uses
Utilize screenshots of 911’s software for instructive, demonstration or educational purposes only.
Include an attribution statement near the screenshot: "Screenshot reprinted courtesy of 911.com."
Avoid
Alter 911 screenshots, except to resize.
Include 911 screenshots in your product’s user interface or present them as your own.
Use screenshots that contain third-party content without permission.
Use screenshots that include images of identifiable individuals or any personally identifiable or sensitive information.
Claim authorship or misrepresent 911’s software as your own.
Reporting Misuse

Use Requirements and Terms
These guidelines may be updated or modified by 911 at any time. By using 911’s brand assets, you agree to comply with the most current version of these guidelines.
Compliance & Violations: 911 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if any use of its brand assets violates these guidelines.
Termination: 911 may request that you stop using its brand assets at any time. If requested, you must cease use within a reasonable period, and no later than 7 days from the date of the request.
Reservation of Rights: 911 retains full ownership of all trademarks, logos, and brand assets. Any use permitted under these guidelines does not grant any ownership rights or imply endorsement by 911.
